 IPP Executive Chairman, Dr. Reginald Mengi, shakes hands with the former Cabinet Minister, Lawrence Masha (L), who emerged the first winner of the Dr. Reginal Mengi Tweet Competition for January 2014. Masha, who is a lawyer by profession as well as politician, had answered correctly to the January tweet “How would high profile business People could help small scale business citizens economically”. The presentation of awards was held at IPP’s headquarters in Dar es Salaam yesterday. Others are the first and second runs up, Ossie Emmanuel (2nd-L) and Mteule Mnyalape.
